You may submit information through forms on our website, including the Rental Analysis Request. By submitting, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the requested analysis, and follow up about our services.
By submitting your information, you agree to receive conversational text messages, calls, and emails from Blackbird Property Management regarding your inquiry, appointments, property management services, and account-related communication. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–10 messages per month. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site or non-contracted services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability between Blackbird and a contracted property owner is governed exclusively by the signed management agreement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blackbird Property Management LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
